Babbelbekkies Nursery School has been a home away from home for little ones since 1988. What began as a dream to create a safe, loving place where children could learn, play and grow has, over the past 38 years, become a much-loved part of our community and the story of countless families.

Through the years, thousands of little feet have walked through our doors — and today, one of our greatest privileges is welcoming back former Babbelbekkies children, now as parents bringing their own little ones to the school they once called home. There is something incredibly special about seeing that circle continue.

In 2026, Babbelbekkies entered a new chapter as the next generation took the reins, proudly continuing the family legacy and the values on which our school was built. While times change and our school continues to grow, the heart of Babbelbekkies remains the same: a place where every child is known, valued and loved.

We believe childhood should be filled with learning and discovery, but also with muddy hands, big imaginations, friendships, laughter and beautiful memories. Our aim is to give every child a strong foundation while allowing them the freedom and confidence to simply be little.

At Babbelbekkies, we don't only care for children — we welcome families. After 38 years, we are incredibly proud that our story is still being written, one little Babbelbekkie at a time. 💙
